Cambridgeshire U17 Girls Stage 2 County results

Having won Stage 1 of their Inter County Championship group matches, the girls U17 Team had a Stage 2 home tie in a bid to reach the finals.
Gloucestershire ( The current inter county champions) were the first opponents and proved to be a very strong team. All our players lost with Tayla and Nadine the only players to win games. Tayla did well to get a game off Kip Quiney who is number 4 in the national rankings.
Surrey, another strong county, (their number 1 is number 5 in the national rankings) were the next opponents. Emily had a great 3-0 win but we lost the match 4-1.
